Planning and Booking Fees *
In order to perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel, we charge all new clients an upfront non-refundable Planning Fee in cases where we research, plan and present travel options to a client, and where the client elects not to book travel through us. When you hire Where 2 Next Travel to plan your vacation, we use our time, our professional expertise and our relationships with travel providers to ensure that we're planning the perfect travel experience for you. We contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft itineraries for you with your priorities in mind. Your final itinerary and the documents we prepare are designed to ensure that you can enjoy your vacation without having to sweat the details. Once Where 2 Next Travel has constructed your itinerary, you are free to shop it on the internet, book it yourself, or cancel your plans entirely. If you book a trip with us, we will apply the Planning Fee towards the final payment. However, if you choose to book your vacation on your own, with another agency or through an online booking engine, the Planning Fee is not refundable and will serve as payment for the research and consulting services rendered.
Additionally, for bookings that consist only of air travel, or for bookings where the total cost of non-flight bookings is less than $500, Where 2 Next Travel charges a $35 per person Booking Fee.
Any Planning Fee and/or Booking Fee may be waived by Where 2 Next Travel at our sole discretion.
Travel Insurance *
Emergencies can happen when you least expect them. Where 2 Next Travel highly recommends that all clients purchase a travel insurance policy to protect the value of their vacation. Cruise lines, airlines, hotels and tour operators all charge high penalties for cancellation, ranging from the full deposit to no refund at all. And, please be mindful that most health insurance policies will not cover you when you are out of the country. Travel insurance can protect you in the event of:
- Trip Cancellation
- Trip Delay
- Trip Interruption
- Missed Connection
- Baggage Loss, Theft or Damage
- Baggage Delay
- Emergency Medical and Dental Expenses
- Emergency Medical Transportation
Please also note that in order for you to obtain coverage for certain pre-existing conditions, your policy must be purchased at the time of booking or shortly thereafter (depending on the terms of the policy).
Please understand that we are not registered insurance agents, and can not legally provide specific advice or information regarding insurance. We will gladly secure a quote for you, upon request, and if Where 2 Next Travel is not legally able to secure coverage on your behalf, it is our strong recommendation that you purchase a policy on your own.
I acknowledge that Where 2 Next Travel has recommended or offered travel insurance protection to me. Should I choose not to purchase such a policy, I accept all responsibility for declining to secure coverage.
